Vol. 1
Stepping With Punches
-Talks about not being too wide or narrow with stance.
-Talks about not getting too wide which decreases your power by limiting the rotation of your hips. 
-Talks about lifting with punches.

Open Stance: Understanding The Cross-Foot Position @12:00
-Open stance is orthodox vs southpaw.
-Talks about the general rule of having your front foot outside your opponents front foot. 
-Talks about not being too wide when you step forward outside the opp. front foot to attack. Discusses the foot trap. 

Lead Hand Control/Hand Fight @13:38

Feint Power Hand For Angles @18:29
-1) Feint the cross. Once opp. steps to the outside, you immediately do a step over and follow up with punching (Trevor used a rear uppercut, lead hook follow up). 

-2) Feint the overhand (do a small slide step with your back foot to steal a step). Opponent covers high and or pulls back. Follow up with lead hook -> cross.

-1-2 Step Over w/ Hook.

-Shows the 1-2 Carry Hip w/h Hook with the Hook hitting feeders should (as a way to train it)
Drill 1-2 Step Over w/ Hook -> 1-2 Carry Hip w/ Hook

Anchor Steps @29:20
-1) Lead Leg Anchor Step - Slip to the left w/ left leg stepping to the left. Immediately Push off the left foot as you come back with the left hook. 
-2) Rear Hand Anchor Step - This is a pull. Back leg steps back as you lean the upper body back. Immediately push off the back foot as you come back with a cross. 
Drill
-Put them both together. 

Slips And Loaded Slips @32:50
-When slipping, hips and head are counter balancing each other (hips and head opposite direction to maintain balance).
-Says he is not a fan of loaded slip. A loaded slip is slip where you turn your body in a way which loads your counter punch. Basically keep twisting to a minimum. 

Rolling and Slips Opening Shoulders For Rolls @37:05
-His rolling (weaving) motion is a little different. 
-When rolling under a lead hook, you basically move forward with your forehead toward the opponents lead shoulder, then roll under the arm. The footwork seems to be front foot moves foreward then back foot takes a big step up and to the side. 
-When rolling under a

Pool Noodle
-Uses for positional drills.
-Demonstrates various ways to get in on your opp.
-Use of two pool noodles

Drop Step @12:42
-Basically a simultaneous cross to counter a cross. Rear foot steps to the side and pivots and your head slips to the outside of his cross as you throw your cross at the same time. 
-Hit trainers shoulder to practice
-Combo: Drop Step Cross->Lead Uppercut (pivoting off the front leg to get an angle)->Jab->Cross

-(matching stances) Switch step slipping opp. jab to lead uppercut.
-At 18:25 he shows the technique where he slides past opp.
-Getting head outside of opp. shoulder is key.

Adding Slips Into Combos @19:28

Pimp Step @21:15
-When throwing the lead hook, left foot steps off to the side but with the toes turned in. Then your right foot slides back so that your body is not positioned off to the side. Come back 1, 2.

Vol 3
Lead Foot/Rear Foot Jab
-Basically a steal a step move.
-First jab, the rear foot slides up putting you in a narrow stance. Second jab pushing off the rear foot. 
-Second version: As you slide the rear foot up with the first jab you are also slightly pivoting on the front foot. Now on the second jab you have a slight angle.
-Third version: First jab, rear foot steps up to your right to create an angle. Second jab push off the rear foot. 

Setting Up Head Hooks With Body Hooks @4:18
-Lead body hook (you see there dropping arm) Lead head hook

Setting Up Overhand With Body Shot @7:41
-Demonstrates the slip & hit to the body counter to opp. jab. This gets opp. concerned about the body. He then does a cross counter against the jab. 

Open Wing Jab @10:45
Lead arm movement which causes the opp. to believe that a lead hook is coming but is actually a jab. Using curving footwork with it. 

Body Jab @12:56
Jab to the body retreating to your lead (left) side

Using Body Jab To Set Up Overhand @16:38
Jab to body to rear overhand.

Sliding Lead Foot Off The Track To Set Up Power Jab @20:19
-Basically a step pivot and jab.
-Shoulder stays pointed as you (almost like your throwing a little bit of a hook), sliding your lead foot up and to the side so that it is lined up with opp. rear foot (foot turned in). Small pivot on the lead foot. Once back foot lands
-Lead hook using the same footwork to jab

Right Hook To The Body Setting Up Power Hook To The Head @22:55
-Right hook to the body, to lead hook to the head.
